Data we collect

When you write to support, we receive the information you enter: the email address used for the purchase, the date and amount of the charge, the last 4 digits of the card, the reason and your message.

We never ask for, and never keep, the full card number or security code.

Like any website, our server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes. They are kept for a limited period and are used for nothing else.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to handle your request: find your payment, reply to you and, where relevant, stop a subscription. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to payment-related claims (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Retention period

The data of your request is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients

Only the SecurePayPort support team has access to your request. Where needed to answer it, the relevant details are shared with the merchant from whom the purchase was made.

Payments are processed by MONEI Digital Payments S.L., a licensed, PCI DSS certified payment provider, which acts under its own privacy policy. The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, object to it, request its portability or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@securepayport.com. We may ask you to confirm that the email address concerned is yours.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising tools. It sets no cookies at all.
